On October 1, 2008, Moriroku Company will shift to a holding company structure and change its corporate name to MORIROKU HOLDINGS COMPANY LTD., while at the same time establishing new operating companies, MORIROKU CHEMICALS COMPANY LTD. and MORIROKU TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LTD., which will take over the chemical and productive sectors of the company, respectively. MORIROKU HOLDINGS COMPANY LTD. will oversee the management of the whole group, throwing its mantle over these two business corporations.
