On February 10, Moriroku Chemicals Company, Ltd. (President: Toshihiro Tatsuta) established a new company named Moriroku Agri whose main line of business would be the sales of agricultural materials for the Moriroku Group, and the company will start business on April.
As part of a process of reorganizing its agricultural materials business, Moriroku Chemicals, after absorbing and dividing its agricultural materials services, will absorb Moriroku Kosan, one of its affiliate companies, into Moriroku Agri to strengthen our group’s agricultural materials business through concentration of its resources in the hands of the new company.
Moriroku Agri, as a company focusing on agricultural materials business for our group companies, will promptly and flexibly build and expand its business, clarifying its roles and responsibilities and coping with rapid changes in business environment.
