"Netron mesh" is a technology patent for a manufacturing method developed by Netron, a British company. With this method a mesh-like product can be made without plaiting by extrusion using a special mold. It offers excellent cost performance by making the mesh-like product in one step. In 1963, Mitsui Petrochemical Industries, Ltd. (now Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) introduced the technology and started manufacturing. Raw materials used in this method include high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA, and low-density polyethylene.

Product lineup
Netron sheet / Netron pipe
- A non-woven net made by extrusion using a special mold. A Netron sheet is a sheet processed from Netron, while a Netron pipe is Netron processed into a tubular shape.
- As the net is non-woven, it does not collapse and the points of intersection do not tear apart.
- Made of PE, it offers excellent cold and chemical resistance.
- It is extremely light with excellent workability.
TP ring
- A filling made of Netron, which has a special mesh structure.
- Polypropylene material's excellent performance enables a lighter than existing filling with a large surface area and significant porosity, so it fully offers performance that is required of a filling.

Spacer net
- An ultra-thin Netron net with controlled thickness (intersection thickness).
- It is made of polyethylene or polypropylene material.
- The weft of the spacer net is shaped to sit on the warp (called inner and outer by Netron) (right diagram). It is used in applications that take advantage of this feature.
Elastic Netron / Cylinder cover
- With excellent durability, its elasticity never changes even in winter.
- Because of its high elasticity, even irregular parts can be used simultaneously.
- Easy to install and remove and can be used repeatedly.
