Change of trade name to "MORIROKU COMPANY, LTD."

On April 1st, 2025, Moriroku Holdings changed its trade name to "MORIROKU COMPANY, LTD." as it integrated two of its operating companies into one.

Our new slogan, "Create A New Future As One," expresses a strong commitment to inspiring action that creates a new future, not only within the Moriroku Group, but also in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

Moriroku Company, through the value created by the "synergy" of its nmanufacturer and trading functions, will continue to challenge the development of future societies by forging strong partnerships with the next generation of the mobility industry and local communities, with the entire Moriroku Group working as one.
