Moriroku recommends following featured products.
-
Highly Dispersed Carbon Nanotube Masterbatches
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are nanostructures consisting of carbon atoms bound together in hexagonal graphene sheets and wound into a tube-like structure.
-
Recycled Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics
Moriroku is developing PP and bio-based PA56 compounds that use recycled carbon fiber derived from decommissioned aircraft as a reinforcing material. The use of decommissioned carbon fiber provides high environmental friendliness, lighter weight and higher strength than glass fiber reinforced plastics. It contributes to thinner parts and lighter weight.
-
Cellulose Fiber Reinforced Plastic
Moriroku is developing PP compounds that use cellulose fibers made from wasted paper discarded at paper mills as a reinforcing material. By using fibers made from pulverized wasted paper as a reinforcing material, the PP compound has high environmental friendliness and is lighter in weight than glass fiber-reinforced PP. Compared to non-reinforced PP, molding shrinkage is smaller and more precise products can be manufactured.
