Chubu Chemical & M&C Tech utilizes plastic material extrusion technology to supply products to a wide range of industries, including the automotive industry, the weak electric field, and the construction materials field.

Our strength is, of course, to meet our customers' requests, but our strength is not only to manufacture products according to drawings, but also to provide the required performance correctly and at the lowest cost and delivery time, and to make use of our experience and achievements as a manufacturer specialized in plastic extrusion molding to make additional proposals.

We handle thermoplastic resins in general, from general-purpose materials such as PVC, ABS, PP, and TPO to engineering plastics such as PC and PA.Therefore, we can flexibly respond to any application or field of products.
We are sometimes involved in material development in cooperation with material manufacturers to create better products.

In addition to mass production, we also take advantage of our mobility as a medium-scale manufacturer to adjust production lines according to the products to be produced.We can also smoothly handle small-lot production.We also offer post-processing services such as welding, drilling, taping, and terminal/intermediate injection molding.
Integrated production from extrusion molding to post-processing and assembly can be performed in-house, enabling shorter lead times.

In addition to our two bases in Japan, we have bases in Jiangsu, China and Indiana, USA.

We produce a broad lineup of products for the automotive, weak electrical appliance, and construction material fields.
In the automotive field, we produce parts for Lexus, which requires higher precision than ordinary automotive parts.In the weak electric field, we also supply parts to the No. 1 manufacturer of kitchen appliances and the top manufacturer of beverage vending machines.
