Basic Concept​

The Moriroku Group has established the Legal & Intellectual Property Office, which reports directly to the president of Moriroku Holdings. This office is responsible for leading compliance activities across the entire Moriroku Group. The Code of Conduct is available in nine languages, and each group company is taking steps to disseminate the Code of Conduct to its employees.​

Moriroku Group Conduct Guidelines

Compliance Training​

To guarantee comprehensive compliance from the highest levels of management to each and every employee, the Moriroku Group provides legal and compliance training to its directors and employees based on the legal and compliance training system.​
In FY2023, regular training was provided to Moriroku Technology overseas subsidiaries.​
In FY2024, we will explore the possibility of diversifying the method of implementation, including e-learning as well as face-to-face training, with the aim of expanding the content and frequency of training.​

Internal Reporting and Consultation Desk​

We have established both internal and external contact points for reporting and consulting on any conduct that violates laws, regulations, or internal rules.​
The company prohibits any form of retaliation or other disadvantageous treatment of whistleblowers and consultants. It also allows for anonymous whistleblowing and consultation.​
In June 2022, the internal regulations were revised in line with the enforcement of the revised Whistleblower Protection Act, and the revised regulations were disseminated through internal training programs.​
In 2023, the contact point was utilized in nine cases, comprising eight reports and one consultation.​
