Good working environment
Diverse work styles
As part of its efforts to create an environment in which diverse human resources can play an active role, Moriroku Group has established systems that support diverse work styles, such as flextime system and telecommuting.
Working at home
The program has been introduced to promote flexible work styles and to achieve work-life balance, among other objectives. By selecting a work location that fits individual circumstances and work duties, it leads to improved work comfort and operational efficiency.

Up to five (5) days of paid leave per year may be divided into two (2) hour increments.
Support for balancing work and childcare/nursing care
Moriroku Group aims to ensure that all employees, regardless of gender, can continue to be active in their careers without giving up, while maintaining a good work-life balance, even when they enter life stages such as childbirth, childcare, and nursing care. Improved employee engagement
Our company strives to create an organization where each employee works with motivation and can fully demonstrate their abilities, and we are actively working to improve "employee engagement." We conduct the employee awareness survey "MI400 Our Voice" to understand the strengths and challenges of the organization. Based on the results of the key themes, "employee engagement" and "an environment that maximizes employees' potential," we promote improvement actions in each workplace. In the mid-term years, we conduct a simplified pulse survey to continuously monitor changes in the workplace. Furthermore, by increasing opportunities for executives and department heads to dialogue with employees and encouraging open exchange of opinions, we deepen understanding and empathy toward management policies and visions, fostering a sense of unity across the company.
In the 14th Medium-Term Management Plan, we have set a goal to increase the positive response rate by 5 points from the previous survey by fiscal 2027, reflecting employees' voices in workplace improvements and management decisions. Moving forward, we will continue to listen to our employees' voices and strive to enhance engagement and create a rewarding work environment.
Promoting employee health
In order to protect the health of employees, Moriroku Group pays for annual physical examinations for employees aged 35 and older (including optional gastroscopy expenses) and focuses on cancer screenings as well as lifestyle-related diseases. The company also offers breast and cervical cancer screenings to female employees over the age of 35.
In addition, we support the creation of workplaces free of passive smoking and the graduation of smokers from the smoking habit (smoking cessation). As part of these efforts, we provide smoking cessation programs such as outpatient smoking cessation visits and other smoking cessation programs, and from July 2023, we have implemented a total smoking ban on the premises of our business sites during working hours.
