On the Establishment of the Moriroku Group Human Rights Policy
Moriroku Group upholds respect for human rights in its management philosophy and action guidelines, and promotes the creation of a workplace where each and every employee can exercise independence and creativity, and where the personalities and individualities of those with whom they work are respected. The newly established "Moriroku Group Human Rights Policy" is consistent with the Group's Management Philosophy and Action Guidelines, and is positioned above all documents, norms, and policies related to respect for human rights in the Group's business activities.
Human Rights Policy

Human Rights Training
Every year, Moriroku Group conducts basic learning on "human rights" and "harassment" through e-learning for all employees. In addition, "Harassment Training" is conducted for newly appointed managers by job level to provide them with knowledge on how to prevent harassment in the workplace and how to respond appropriately, with the aim of creating a workplace environment where employees can work with peace of mind.
