Moriroku Company, Ltd.
Moriroku Company, Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Kurose; hereinafter referred to as “Moriroku”) has established a representative office in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Operations will commence on August 1, 2025.

Moriroku’s core business centers on the manufacturing, sales, and import/export of chemical products and synthetic resins. Under the “Moriroku Group 14th Mid-term Management Plan,” set to conclude in fiscal year 2027, the company is accelerating global expansion to increase the ratio of overseas sales. The newly established office marks its second base in Europe, following Austria.
Düsseldorf is home to not only automotive-related companies, but also major players in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, along with numerous mid-sized and small enterprises known for their advanced technologies and innovative products. These regional characteristics make Düsseldorf a key supply hub for strategic products and hold growing significance for Moriroku’s business development.
Through the establishment of the Düsseldorf office, Moriroku aims to strengthen its supply structure across key segments including functional resins, resin additives, fine chemicals, healthcare, medical, and electronics. The new base will also enhance customer service through closer market engagement and drive new business development. By building stronger cooperation with the Austrian office, Moriroku will further expand its capabilities to provide comprehensive solutions for customers across Europe.
