On October 5th, 2025, a ceremony was held in North America to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Rainsville Plant (Alabama, USA).
Established in June 2000, the Rainsville Plant is our company’s third production base in North America, manufacturing resin parts for automobile interiors and exteriors.

Alabama House Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter
The ceremony was attended by numerous guests, including Alabama House Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter, Rainsville Mayor Rodger Lingerfelt, and Dekalb County Economic Development Authority Director Dr. Brett Johnson. From our company, President Kurose and other executives participated, joining the Rainsville employees in a grand celebration.
Speaker Ledbetter recounted an episode symbolizing the passionate efforts of the city official who successfully attracted Moriroku to Rainsville at the time, sharing the citizen's earnest appeal: “When you build your plant, please be sure to visit my hometown before making your decision.”
He also gave a congratulatory address, stating, “It is a profound joy that I was able to attend the groundbreaking ceremony 25 years ago as Mayor, and now to attend this 25th-anniversary ceremony as Alabama House Speaker.” Furthermore, he expressed his respect for the associates, saying, “I am proud that every individual working at the Rainsville Plant has devoted themselves sincerely to their duties and continued to create added value in their production activities.”
During the ceremony, employees celebrating long service (25 years, 20 years, etc.) were recognized, and a Plant Tour was also conducted for associate’ families to view the plant premises.
